Using TalentGo
Privacy and application access
Your account profile, private application drafts and submitted applications are stored by TalentGo. Drafts are visible only to you until you submit. You can reuse and edit details from your previous applications. Date of birth is not requested for new applications. When you apply, your name, contact email, phone, last job or university, experience, any optional screening answers and any attached CV are shared with the receiving employer. Other employers cannot access your application through their accounts.
CV downloads require a signed-in candidate or the employer receiving the application. Entering notification email addresses does not grant access to candidate records. Email notifications and external messaging services are not connected.
You can withdraw an application through My account. Employer company descriptions, vacancy details and any contact email you choose to put in a vacancy are public.
Posting and using vacancies
Only post vacancies you are authorised to advertise. Provide accurate pay, location, working arrangements and requirements. Do not publish confidential information or misleading claims.
Free vacancies are listed for 30 days and can be paused or closed from the employer dashboard. Sponsorship is optional and is not currently available for purchase. TalentGo does not guarantee applications, placement or hiring outcomes.
Use candidate details only for the recruitment purpose for which they were supplied. Report inaccurate or inappropriate vacancies using the report control on each job.
